What data we collect

We collect site analytics through Google Analytics 4, and only after you accept analytics cookies. This measures visits and which pages are useful. You can read more in our cookie policy. We also process any details you choose to send us by email or through an enquiry, such as your name, contact details and message.

Why we process it

We rely on your consent for analytics. For enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to you and on taking steps to deal with your request. We do not use your data for automated decision making.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is retained for the period set in Google Analytics and then removed. Enquiry correspondence is kept only for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a reasonable record, after which it is deleted.

Who we share it with

We use Google as our analytics processor and Cloudflare, Inc. as our hosting provider. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

International transfers

Some of this processing may take place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, it is covered by appropriate safeguards so your data keeps a similar level of protection.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected].
